Mod_ruid2 SecurityException Do not have root privileges

Hi, I am having this problem after i selected the jailshell + mod_ruid2 in the WHM tweak security configurations In the apache error log: "SecurityException in Application.cpp:186: Do not have root privileges. Executable not set-uid root" in any website just an error 500 what could be the problem? I am using suphp, suexec, before I was using fastcgi I tried changing the permissions of suphp from 4755 to 6755 but still the same situation I am not sure what could be the problem, maybe suhosin, or another setting, before I can't activate ruid2 becasue the bluehost patch apparently was working instead of mod_ruid2

  Hello :) Yes, as referenced in those threads, please ensure you do not use suPHP and Mod_Ruid2 at the same time. You can switch to DSO to address this issue. The following document is also helpful:
