Paper Lantern collapse and move?

I can no longer collapse or rearrange icons groups (Email, Domains, etc) in Paper Lantern, as I once did in x3. No setting has changed from my end, so I can only assume that the default behavior is now locked. Where is this? I need to allow moving and collapsing.

  Works for me in 11.50.0.20. Have you checked your browser for any javascript errors on page load? If an error is blocking / delaying javascript, it could cause interactive functionality not to work until whatever is causing the issue times out. So it's possible it could start working after a minute or so if that's the case... unless of course the script file that handles things is not loading. You could try emptying your browser cache and reloading as a first step.

  It isn't anything to do with any browser. One of the server folders needed to be flushed -- the ".cpanel" folder, I believe. I'd have to login to the server to remember the exact path. But that did it. Just another typical cPanel update issue.

  The expand/collapse and home page reorganization features from X3 have not been removed in Paper Lantern. Grap a UI Group by the header in order to move customize it's location. Double click it to collapse it.
