Getting an Error when trying to install MySql from cPanel

    Hello, What is your mysql services status ? And check your mysql services logs, Might be there is some issues with the mysql services and due to that you are getting this issues.

    Thanks for the input. Now, I would love to check my MySql server status, but not sure how I do that considering I have never installed MySql...? Hum, is that something I can check in cPanel?

    Hello :) Your access level indicates you only have cPanel access. Please report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the server. They will be able to address the issue. Thank you.

    Just wanted to say that this issue has been resolved. One of two things solved this. One, this error somehow timed out and reset after a few days, or two (and more likely), I did contact my web host and tell them about this error. My web host did reply back to me saying that there was no longer an issue, but it was unclear if they resolved the error or it fixed itself. In any case, I'm onto learning Joomla! Thanks!
