Restore Database from read only ftp access of OVH server

I have a dedicated server with OVH. Where I have virtualizor on that. In a VPS there was cpanel. Now I have all file of VPS that I downloaded using ftp. Please suggest me how can restore database of that vps...

  Hello :) You could try downloading the entire /var/lib/mysql directory from the image, installing the same version of MySQL on the new server, and then copying over the contents of that directory to the new server. However, note this is not a supported method of restoring a MySQL database. Typically, you need to backup the database via the "mysqldump" utility if you don't have backups generated through cPanel.
