    Hello :) It's possible the archive was corrupted. Could you try accessing the "Backup" option within cPanel for the account on the source server and generating a backup to the destination server via FTP? Or, download it locally to your workstation and upload it to the destination server in the /home directory. Next, try manually restoring the account (the archive should be in /home) via:
    /scripts/restorepkg $username
