mailloopprotect folder

can all of the folders and files in this folder be deleted? There is a subfolder called someusername@yahoo.com, in it is a folder called info@(our URL), in that is a text file. There is no reason that I know of to have this someusername@yahoo.com folder nor why it would be there.
