split cpanel and ftp access

Hi, I use WHM 11.48.4 (build 4) on Centos 6.6. I want to give an only email access to our hosting customers on cpanel. I select x3mail theme. But the cpanel password is ftp password at at the same time. I want to give cpanel login access to our customer, but no access FTP. Is there a way?
