SSL only working without www
I am pretty sure this worked perfectly so not sure what's going on.
We have a valid Geotrust certificate installed on a account with a dedicated IP address. When we direct to gives the following message in Chrome and Firefox (see attached).
We have a number of other domains on the server which has installed certificates and have no issues. I can verify that the certificate is for both www and non-www requests (as with the other ones on the server).
I am not entirely sure what to do next. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

If you are using cloudflare DNS for your domian then check that setting if you have correctly enable for your account. 0 -
Hello :) Do you have any custom Mod_Rewrite rules enabled in the .htaccess file within the account's public_html directory that could be incorrectly redirecting requests to the URL with the "www" prefix? Thank you. 0
