Looking for a good supporting company

Hello, I'm using PSM(platinumservermanagement) as a support company now, because there were many beautiful words on the site. Actually, they could solve issues, but they keep silent once they fail the support, and keep the troubled server as it is.:(..by repeating "We are investigating". The longest time for the investigation was 3 months and it was not solved as a result. - Removed - Thank you.
