Error: The PostgreSQL service is down. But PostgreSQL is running

Hi, when i try to create a new hosting account i get the next error: Account Creation Status: failed The PostgreSQL service is down. But when i see the PostgreSQL status i see the server is running: /etc/init.d/postgresql status postmaster (pid 1984) is running... what is wrong?

  Hello :) Is "PostgreSQL" enabled in "WHM >> Service Manager"? Thank you.

  we are having the same issue and yes postgre is enabled under Service Manager.

  Please post the output from /var/lib/pgsql/pgstartup.log when restarting the PostgreSQL service. Thank you.
