    Hello, You need to contact your hosting provider for this task. They will update iptables rules with the port 3306 and once this port is enable for your IP then you will have to update your IP in mysql allow host through cPanel >> Remote MySQL >> Add Access Host, so that you can access your databases from your IP.

    In addition to what 24x7 just said, try it the other way round... Before contacting your host, add the IP address to the Access Host list. Try that. If it doesn't work, then you will need to contact your host and ask them to open it.

    Hello :) You can authorize a remote access host via the "Remote MySQL" option under "Databases" in cPanel. Thank you.
