How do I prvent this authentication?

Hi, A customer of mine has had this email sent to him, by someone who contacts him. 554 5.7.1 Mail (id-43521-00718) appears to be unsolicited, please resend with the code a0e4yta5 appended to email subject and ask to have your sender email whitelisted (the code a0e4yta5 changes each 24 hours). Is there a setting in his control panel (cPanel) where is can disable this from happening, I assume this is a global setting my server guy setup, but he is not in contact right now. Thanks in advance

  Going by that message, it seems he's installed ASSP on your server. (I'm guessing) You can google this to find that out: "appears to be unsolicited, please resend with the code" ASSP is not supported by cPanel. You might try here for assistance with this question: assp.sourceforge.net/forum

  Thank you, I will ask the developer, I have been in contact before, I was not sure it was an ASSP feature.
