SMTP error messages

Kindly let me know why it's happened, how to prevent from that. Below are some exim logs:
2015-07-11 10:54:47 SMTP syntax error in "RCPT TO: <'Bakhtiar.Bakhtullah@domain.com[/EMAIL]'>" H=(BaburPC) [182.176.90.211]:1105 I=[144.76.203.48]:25 malformed address: '> may not follow <'Bakhtiar.Bakhtullah@domain.com[/EMAIL] 2015-07-11 10:54:48 SMTP syntax error in "RCPT TO: <'be.import@domain.com[/EMAIL]'>" H=(BaburPC) [182.176.90.211]:1105 I=[144.76.203.48]:25 malformed address: '> may not follow <'be.import@domain.com[/EMAIL]

  How is the email being sent? It looks to me like whatever script or email client is sending these, is not doing so correctly.

  Hello :) Yes, it looks like an issue with the application or script used when sending that message. Can you reproduce the issue on a standard mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird? Thank you.
