can't install certificate

for some reason everytime I try to install a certificate I get this The certificate could not be installed on the domain "domain.com". [LIST]

The VirtualHost is invalid. It does not contain an IP address or port.: The VirtualHost is invalid. It does not contain an IP address or port. search it all over the internet and couldn't find it :( I'm at loss and completely desperated, been fighting with this all day now :( Any input would be greatly appreciated. The site is visible and port 443 is opened domain.com works with no issues. Is the only site in the whole server :( thanks.

  Hello :) Are you positive this is not a parked domain name? If so, try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
