WHM Accelerated 2 doesn't have Migration option

Trying to migrate mail accounts for a client from an old PLESK server I'm decommissioning onto a CPanel server. Logged into WHM (Accelerated 2) and there is no Migration options in the left hand menu. Any advice on why this might be and how to get it on there? Thanks!

  Hi :), It appears that you do not have root access to the server. Your might be having Reseller privileges to your WHM. In that case, you can ask your hosting to provide option to Transfer Accounts.

  In any case you can use scripts like imapsync etc as a last resort to migrate the emails.

  Hello :) Do you have root access to your server? If so, ensure you access WHM with the "root" username for the full feature set. Otherwise, you won't be able to use the transfer tools in Web Host Manager. You may want to consult with your hosting provider to see if they can initiate the transfer on your behalf. Thank you.
