Mail Delivery failure

Dear team, Please assist in finding a solution to below issue that am currently facing. I can send Mails but can receive them from Outlook client as well as from web client. Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. outbound-06.domain.co.ke (outbound-03.domain.co.ke) [41.203.xxx.xx]:33761 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.

  I think the error is fairly clear. When you are sending email from your mail client, make sure you have SMTP authentication enabled with your email's username and password.

  Hello :) To clarify, are you receiving this error message when attempting to send a message, or does a particular user receive this error message when sending to your server? Is "SMTP Authentication" enabled in the mail client? Thank you.
