All SQL Databases 6 / 10 But user only has 1 databse

Initially user was set to 5 databases. but he was showing 6/5 and could not crate more. He only has 1 database in cpanel account. and pypmyadmin only shows 1 database.

  Hello, I can see you have root access so please check this through command line, How many DB's are created under this user ? Also, You can check it under mysql data directory and try to run following command
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap

  Hello :) Please let us know if the issue persists after running the following command:
  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/update_db_cache
