Email Completed But Not Received
I am having trouble with one client on one server having sent to some people not being received. I reviewed the thread "Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go?" but can't find anything there that would explain it. Here's an example of the last line of an exim_record of a message sent to charter.net.
R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp S=4161 H=mx1.charter.net [68.114.188.69] C="250 2.0.0 ptpf1q0022xaCio01tpfZU mail accepted for delivery E0000"
2015-07-08 10:49:39 1ZCtTV-0002MQ-5U Completed
Any ideas?

Hello :) The log indicates the message was accepted and delivered. You will need to contact Charter as mentioned if the end-user can't find the message in their inbox or SPAM folder. Thank you. 0
