Best way for template SPF records

hi. i'm looking for the best solution, for problem with SPF records. Cpanel only work with IP os server. We like put also, ip or domain of our smarthosts. Before we use a manual script for editing zone and add Ip to SPF registry. But now we use a Cluster DNS, .... Apreciate ideas.
