kill off the cpkeyclt process and try to run it manually again run curl -L to verify cpanel can reach your server

Hello :) Do you notice any existing "cpkeyclt" processes running on the system? Thank you.

Hi, there's no process cpkeyclt running after using pgrep cpkeyclt to check. Same thing happens when I run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt as well

What is output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/license_log when the license failure occurs? Thank you.

Hello :) Check to make sure you have no firewall rules that could be filtering traffic to our license servers. If not, it's possible the license has been locked. You can open a support ticket so we can verify if that's the case. If you choose to do so, please post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

Hi, Our server is hosted on wiredtree. After update WHM, when we logged in to WHM, it said "Your license could not be activated". 1. Checked with our IP, cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel Inc., it said its lic is active. 2. Run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt, it said "Timed out while connecting to port 995" and below is in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/license_log

Hello :) To update, this issue was addressed in a support ticket. The 32-bit version of the license check utility was installed on a 64-bit system and set to immutable. The immutable attribute was removed from the file and a cPanel update replaced the file with the correct version. Thank you.

That issue was fixed but now i am facing another issue which is this root@servercp [/usr/local/cpanel]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt Cpanel::POSIX::Tiny object version 1.2 does not match $Cpanel::POSIX::Tiny::VERSION 1.1. Segmentation fault
    How to solve this

Does this issue persist after forcing a cPanel update via the "/scripts/upcp --force" command? Thank you.
