Error Message on sending email

Dear all, I"m checking by Mail Delivery Reports that lot of messages are showing the following results: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 421-4.7.0 [77.93.204.251 15] Our system has detected an unusual rate of\n421-4.7.0 unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To protect our\n421-4.7.0 users from spam, mail sent What is it mean? How to solve that? Thank you

  Hello :) That message indicates the remote mail server rejected the message sent from your server due to the number of emails coming from your server. Have you had any recent issues with spammers abusing your system to send out email? Thank you.

  I"m blocked by gmail and could find several emails from unknown senders being sent from my server to one email address. Check the logs on the image below. How can it be done? How to avoid this? There are much more than this. This is just a sample riosocieties.com.br/mj/gmail_problem.jpg

  I suggest reviewing the actual message content, and see if the message headers help identify the source of the message. Thank you.
