Where to update Email::add_forwarder?

Hi, I want to amend something from this uapi Email::add_forwarder. Can i know where to find such api from file? I hope can block forwarding to some free domain. I tried /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/CustomEventHandler.pm. I discover it cannot prevent uapi to be halt. Kindly advise. Thanks, Jun

  Hello :) Could you elaborate a little more on what you are attempting to configure? For instance, are you attempting to prevent certain domain names from using the forwarding feature in cPanel? Thank you.
