How to find memory consuming php files in account ?

Hello, I need to know is there any commands to find top memory consuming php files inside any cPanel account. Because some times in my server the php is using heavy cpu and memory so if there is any commands to find the script or path of file i can change the permission of that file :) Thanks in advance :)
