Ghost databases in WHM

Michael, I just joined the cpanel forums. I am having issues with Ghost databases in WHM. There is a json file, but no yaml file in the database folder for my username. All other usernames have yaml files. I can't find where to start a new thread and/or message you, so I am replying to you in this thread. Could you send me some instructions on how to post in this forum? I will post a more detailed message once I figure out where it should go. Thanks!
