Suggested FTP or WEBDAV providers?

I tried Amazon S3 and i'm only getting about 250Mbps uploading my cPanel backups... at that rate my daily 40Gb backup takes 5 days to transfer(!!!) What are people (that don't have access to a 2nd server) using? PS: after searching i tried box.com and fileshare.com. both say they have ftp and webdav support but i couldn't get either to work with cPanel (validation errors like can't logon, or cant support some commands in the validation or for webdav cpanel said it wasnt valid webdav...). what is being used out there?

  do you you have your facts straight 250Mbps is pretty quick over a shared link and 40GB should take about 23 Minutes at that speed not 5 days
