E The install encountered a fatal error: Up to date (11.50.0.25)

Hi, Every day I have a cron job doing an upcp check for updates in my system. I know this is normal and recommended, but I think that I have two issues: 1- I see the error "E The install encountered a fatal error: Up to date (11.50.0.25)" before of the first 17% of execution, and then, 2- The system does a complete update, downloading files, and ending with no errors; With a search at this forum, I found that I have to disconsidere the error message, because it is a false error (it is true?) And my second question is about the complete proccess every day (downloading files etc..), this is normal? Thank you, and you can find the start and end of my upcp log below.
