Hello, Have you tried to disable CPHulk on your server ? I think you are getting this issues due to CPHulk Brute Force protection, So please try to disable it and check it again.

Thanks, but as noted in the first paragraph of my query, the host administrator "adjusted" CPHulk and also put my IP address on the "white list." The problem persists even after that. Since none of his other clients are experiencing the same problem, I do not know that he wants to disable CPHulk completely for the entire server. And I do not myself know whether it can be selectively disabled for individual domains on a server handling multiple domains (but I will ask him).

Hello :) Could you have your provider review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log and /var/log/messages for your IP address to see the specific output when you fail to authenticate? Thank you.

Do any of the previous replies to this thread help? Do you have root access to the server? If not, you may want to check with your hosting provider to see if they can take a closer look. Thank you.

I still have the same issue and no one can answer. My Provider says it might be the ISP dynamic IP, but my providers wont change to static IPs. What can i do. Regads from Peru

You may want to ask them to review the cPHulk logs to verify if the account is locked out due to brute force attempts. Thank you.
