How to disable cloudlinux features for a particular cpanel account?

One of the websites in my cpanel server became very very slow after implementing cloudlinux. Is it possible to disable cloudlinux for that account? I put unlimited values for the account using LVE, but no improvement.

  With unlimited values I don't see why CloudLinux should be held responsible, maybe it's something else ?

  I migrated the account to a non-cloudlinux cpanel server of same spec and it worked fine there. So I doubt the problem is related to CloudLinux.
