root emails about new accounts

I just noticed since the new update that the emails I get for new accounts suspended and terminated accounts has wired characters in them. is it just me or ???? Example The big X is to hide personal info and not the characters I'm talking about ====================================== The account was set up by the reseller "XXXXXXXX" with the effective user ID of "root". This notice is the result of a request made by a computer with the IP address of "XXX.XXX.XXX.XX" through the "WHM" service on the server while logged in as "XXXXXXXX". A reverse DNS lookup on the remote IP address returned the host name "104-137-138-52.biz.bhn.net". The remote computer"s location appears to be: United States (US). The remote computer"s IP address is assigned to the provider: "BrightHouse Networks Bakersfield" This notice was generated on "Tuesday, July 21, 2015" at "10:24:45 PM UTC". ======================================== or better yet how do I get it fixed? me or cpanel? Thanks

  Hello :) Are you able to reproduce this issue in multiple email clients or webmail applications? Also, please post the output from:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
