Dedicated Server OS Update Issue

Hi, i want to update my cPanel Server,# yum upgrade or yum update, here is the ERROR i am getting in terminal,

  Hi I have removed webalizer-2.21_02-3.3.el6.x86_64, by #yum remove webalizer-2.21_02-3.3.el6.x86_64 but cpanel webalizer, is working fine. so, is it ok if i remove all package listed above ?

  no help.. ? I consult Rackbank datacenters support team to help me with this issue, , and they correct the issue, and upgrade my centos and cpanel both, and now it is working fine. i should have contact them before. thanks all.

  Hello :) Yes, the packages referenced in the error message you provided are not required. Apache is installed through EasyApache (as of EA version 3), so the "httpd" package is not required, nor are any of the packages associated with it. Thank you.
