unable to use Remote Transfer,

hi, I 've been using cPanel/WHM the last 5 years, mainly used remote transfer to backup between servers.... but with my new VPS, i m not able to use remote transfer , The system stopped waiting to connect to "67.159.xxx" on port "22" after 10 seconds. can someone help?

  Are you sure that ssh is running on port 22 on remote server ? Also check and make sure that remote server IP is not blocked in system firewalls and outgoing port 22 is open.

  yes, both port 22 ssh is opened, no firewall block on both server.

  Hello :) Have you tried manually accessing the source server from the destination server via SSH to verify the connection works well? Thank you.
