Remote MySQL backup

Quick question. Does the WHM Backup function backup the MySQL databases if the server is configured via WHM to use Remote MySQL Server? If not, then any recommendations on how to back it up in line with the account backups? Thanks!

  Hello :) The "Per Account" MySQL database backups will continue when using a remote MySQL server provided the databases were created in cPanel. I recommend testing a backup generation after setting up the remote MySQL server to make sure it works as you intend it to. Thank you.
