    because is set up to use blackhole check your mail settings and filters

    Hello :) Check the "Default Address" option within cPanel for this account and verify if email sent to accounts that do not exist is routed to the "blackhole" setting. Thank you.

    The client was doing spelling mistake in email id that's why it was going to blackhole. Default address is set as Discard option.
