Internal sever error after memcached isntallation

Hello, i installed memcached in my server but it gives me internal server error after that. i uninstalled and removed memcached but the error is still there. Can anyone help me fixing this ?

  Hello :) Please review /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when browsing the website and let us know the specific entry that's associated with the internal server error message. Thank you.
