unable to create cname mail or webmail

Hi Support we have an domain mydomain.net.sa and needs to add cname record (mail or webmail) getting this error: That name is reserved (already in use). As we have host the emails in third party already how we can resolve this issue.

  Hello :) Has your hosting provider granted you access to the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" option in cPanel? If not, you will need to contact them and request they update the CNAME records for on your behalf. Thank you.

  Hi Support Thanks for the update i have full access to advance DNS zone editor but when i tried to add the cname get this error message in the attachment above also i am not see any cname record in the list related to mail or webmail. Could you help. Thanks

  Hello :) The image you attached shows you are using the "Simple DNS Zone Editor", and not the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor". Could you elaborate on this? Thank you.
