Inbox email clients empty.

Hi Is it possible for cpanel to block email to my client applications? The Horde webmail inbox works fine. I have just installed Em Client and its set up properly with correct smtp and imap settings and password. My mobile phone email client also has correct settings otherwise I get a failed connection warning. I can send mail from my clients, just cant see the mail in their inboxes, well none appear. Any advice very welcome. Cheerio

  So to confirm, you CAN see the email in webmail just not in the mail client. Are you using POP or IMAP and which port?

  Hi jcats Yep everything is visible in Horde. The clients are on IMAP port 143.
