main ip change

Hi, I've read up on ip migration etc, I'd appreciate a few pointers from anyone on this situation: I currently have a server with the main ip XXX and shared ip the same (with many accounts hosted) I've then added an additional ip YYY (which currently has nothing hosted on it) What is the best way to switch the ip's so the main ip is YYY and the additional XXX?
