Hi all , I can access my cpanel through web url and ssh but i cant login by same username and password locally i am using citrix xenserver with vps license any advices?

  Hello :) To clarify, do you mean you can't access SSH or cPanel through the internal private IP address? If so, have you configured the server over that private IP address and does the /var/cpanel/cpnat file exist on the system? Thank you.
