    What's the output of these commands:
    df -h /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -V cat /etc/cpupdate.conf

    ds -h -->I have enough space: Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/xxxx 335G 71G 248G 23% / And today when I click in EasyApache(Apache Update) option, It show the following message : "Making sure we have the latest files..." And it not load the options.. It isn't shown any error but it not load the option .. It's always loading .....

    Yes, this issue happened to me in EasyApache and it was a slow connection from cPanel servers, so I've waited about 2 hours till retrieving the files!!! About cPanel update I guess you need to open a Support Ticket to them.

    Hello :) Could you verify if cPanel updates are still failing at this time when forcing a cPanel update via the "/scripts/upcp --force" command? Thank you.

    Thanks, I solved the problem I had this file /etc/cpsources.conf so the support team suggest me to remove / rename this file, i did and the Update Preferences worked. Thanks!

    I'm happy to see the issue is now resolved. That file forces a specific mirror, so it's likely a bad mirror was defined in the file. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
