Hi Michael, I'm not sure I understand your question but here is rest of what was in the Failure-to-send message:
    X-Received: by 10.194.2.9 with SMTP id 9mr7807552wjq.95.1438695136681; Tue, 04 Aug 2015 06:32:16 -0700 (PDT) MIME-Version: 1.0 Received: by 10.194.xx.xxx with HTTP; Tue, 4 Aug 2015 06:31:36 -0700 (PDT) In-Reply-To: References: <03d801d0caa7$632ee030$298ca090$@domain.com> <03f301d0caae$31a60af0$94f220d0$@domain.com>
Is that the code you're referring to? Thanks!

Hello :) I'm referring to the Exim log located at /var/log/exim_mainlog. Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to the server, or do you use a shared hosting plan from a provider? Thank you.

Hi Michael, I use a shared hosting plan from a provider. I've emailed my provider to find out if they can give me this information. Thanks!

You may also want to see if they can troubleshoot the error message on your behalf, as the mail delivery issue might be out of your control. Thank you.
