I cant get in to a webmail by Domain, only by IP... Why?

I cant get in to a webmail by Domain, only by IP. My Ip its working fine, i can recieve and send emails from Thundermail under my domain but if i need to get into an account by webmail it dosent work. Help please.

  Hello :) Could you let us know what URL you are using to access webmail through the domain name (use examples instead of real domain names)? Does your domain name use name servers that point to the cPanel server? Thank you.

  Thank You Michael, all my clients use an address like domainname.com/webmail, and the rest of my client accounts works like a charm, i notice that if i login with my Ip VPS works great, do you have any idea? i dont wat to loose this client
