Emails Always Go To Spam
I run a small website (- Removed -) which has recently been moved over to my hybrid server. I'm having some problems with the website's emails, all emails sent from the site seem to end up going straight into people's spam folders.
I've enabled DKIM and SPF under the email authentication, however I get the following message:
"WARNING: The system cannot verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver"
Is this causing my messages to go into spam? And is this message due to the fact my nameservers are associated with a different I.P address? My DNS is managed via HeartInternet.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello :) Yes, you should change your name servers at the registrar so that it uses name servers associated with your cPanel server if you want to utilize the SPF and DKIM options in cPanel. Otherwise, you must manually add those records at your DNS hosting provider. Adding these records won't always keep your email out of SPAM folders, but it's a good start to see if that's the cause. You may also want to report the issue to your hosting provider to see if they have configured RDNS and ensure they are not on any blacklists. Thank you. 0 -
