    Hello :) Yes, you should change your name servers at the registrar so that it uses name servers associated with your cPanel server if you want to utilize the SPF and DKIM options in cPanel. Otherwise, you must manually add those records at your DNS hosting provider. Adding these records won't always keep your email out of SPAM folders, but it's a good start to see if that's the cause. You may also want to report the issue to your hosting provider to see if they have configured RDNS and ensure they are not on any blacklists. Thank you.
