Accounts automatic backups
Hi,
I have 103 account records in my whm and i need to have week backups for all my account.
Where can i configure my whm to automaticly backup my accounts and see the accounts backups that have been made and are ok for restore.
Right now i can enter a account, go to the backup but i can only see the manual backup and restore of that account.
How can i configure it to see a list of the week back on the account page ?
Best regards

Hello :) This is addressed in cPanel version 11.50.1.1: Fixed case FB-174513: Weekly backups did not show in the backup download screen. This version of cPanel is currently only available on the "Current" build tier. You can switch to this build tier via the "Update Preferences" option in WHM, or wait for it to make it's way down to your current build tier. Thank you. 0 -
Thanks for the fast reply. Only one question. In the release 11.50.1.1 the backup will display indevidualy for each account ? I have already migrated 103 accounts to the new WHM. Best regards 0 -
Could you elaborate on this question, or provide an example of what you are referring to by "display individually"? Thank you. 0 -
What i mean is... in the client account backup page there is no backups ou restores made automaticly. I can only restore backups that i've downloaded to my HD. ( see pic ) 176.61.147.39/~doitbetter/cpanel.png 0 -
Yes, in cPanel version 11.50.1.1, you will be able to view and download backups generated through the settings configured via "WHM >> Backup Configuration". Or, are you asking if it's possible for customers to automatically generate through own backups, outside of the system backups? Thank you. 0
