    Hello :) Do you have any error messages to report from your monitoring software when it's unable to connect? Do you notice any entries in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

    Sorry the error log say nothing. I have receive this information from the plugin owner: curl -IA "jetmon/1.0 (Jetpack Site Uptime Monitor by WordPress.com)"

    Do you have any entries in your .htaccess file within the account that could be blocking access to their IP address? Or, is their IP address blocked by any firewall rules on your server? Thank you.
