Anything disabled in the "Disabled" list should be disabled across all lists. This interface allows you to enable and disable features and cPAddons in each user"s cPanel. To assign a feature list to a package, use the Edit a Package interface. Default " The system grants cPanel users access to these features by default. If you disable a feature from this list, the system will disable it in every user"s cPanel that uses that list. Disabled " cPanel users cannot access these features, and other lists cannot grant access to them. Mail Only " For cPanel users that can only access mail-related features, such as Email Archiving or SpamAssassin.

Old thread of mine, but can this be done from the CLI too? I would like to disable DKIM for all accounts too.

Are you attempting to uninstall the DKIM records or prevent users from utilizing the "Email Authentication" option in cPanel? Thank you.

Disable from the CLI. I already have a solution for uninstalling existing ones.

You can add the following line to the /var/cpanel/features/disabled file: emailauth=0 Note this also prevents users from adding SPF records. Thank you.

Well thats good to know and very disappointing. Just because we want to allow SPF doesnt mean we want to allow DKIM. =(

Feel free to open a feature request for the ability to separate SPF and DKIM functionality into their own features: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.
