Domain redirecting to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
Trial Installed Version: 11.50.0.29 on CentOS 6.6 VM. WHM is accessible and functioning along with cPanel.
After creating resellers and rebuilding EasyApache I get cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi when trying to open any reseller domains. We are using 1:1 NAT and sometimes it picks up a wrong IP which I have to manually repair. It appears the domains are only accessible by using domain.com/~user . All domains are using external NS
We have enabled protection on the Apache mod_userdir Security Tweak so domain.com/~user are no longer accessible so still getting cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi.
Tried /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf and checked all DNS zones which point to the proper external IP within the NAT as does the NS SOAs.
I have not tried to modify the virtual_host configurations as others have to mentioned as I believe this should work out of the can. Have tried all the previous posts but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated before my trial ends.

Hello :) Could you confirm that /var/cpanel/cpnat exists as a file on this system? Thank you. 0 -
Hello.. Yes it does exist and has (internal.ip external.ip). I did notice a space at the end of the external IP which I removed and restarted but same. 0 -
Hello, I have started from scratch removing all resellers and domains. Removed all cache and restarted the server. I have not created any resellers but only accounts which I find all is working now. I may have to educate myself with proper setup of reseller accounts before attempting this again. Thanks, 0 -
I'm happy to see the issue is now resolved. Note that adding a reseller should not alter the NAT configuration. Let us know if the issue continues after adding new reseller accounts. Thank you. 0
