restorepkg error - /bin/gtar: This does not look like a tar archive

Hi guys, For security purposes we check some backup files daily. Basically we restore, check for issues and package the account again. Got the following on restore phase: [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Progress: 24% [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Homedir [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Restoring Homedir" [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Invalid log entry: [/bin/gtar failed creation! [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: ] [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Invalid log entry: [/bin/gtar: This does not look like a tar archive [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: ] [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Invalid log entry: [/bin/gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: ] [ 5489][RESTORE:1 ][A:account1 ]: Unable to copy home directory for user: account1 The full backup size went down to 2MB from 143MB, so this is a big problem as it looks like we're missing entire home folders. Do you have any thoughts on this?

  Hello, Are you getting error while creating this account backup ? I think your backup file corrupted and due to that you are getting this issues.

  Hey sir, looks like no errors when creating the backups for this specific server. We restore and package the account on another one, and after that I saw backup file size reducing a lot to something around 2MB.

  Hello :) Could you try manually backing up that account through the "/scripts/pkgacct $username" command? Does it generate a valid archive successfully with this method? Thank you.
