Install DNS Cluster Plugin?

I have a new hosting account at an outfit and DNS Cluster is not an option in WHM I have 2 other hosting accounts at another and DNS Cluster is an option. Do I have install a DNS Cluster module or plugin for that service to be available? Thx Rick
