MySQL Offline Too many connections

When I try to open my website, it reads "Error establishing a database connection". So logged into my cpanel using Nexhost, and I get this error " The MySQL server is currently offline." "Error while connecting to MySQL: Too many connections Error while connecting to MySQL: Too many connections at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 165." Can anyone help me out?

  Hello :) You will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the server. This is not something you can resolve with shared hosting access. Thank you.
