No MX Entry in CPanel

Hello, Can anybody help me about this. I'm trying to change my email route to gmail, but when I directed to change my MX Entry in my cpanel, I never found any. And there's no preferences box too, I checked another website that I'm taking care of, the mx Entry is available. What happen to this cpanel? Thanks all

  Hello :) Do you have root access to this system, or is this only a hosting account that you have purchased from a shared hosting provider? You can browse to "WHM >> Packages >> Feature Manager" to ensure those options are enabled for the default feature list if you have root access. Thank you.

  Could you verify that you can access Web Host Manager with the "root" username? Thank you.
